totally, totally awesome. my expectations were pretty low (this is stargate after all), so i was blown away by how good it is. it's actually good, and not that special-dorky kind of "stargate good", especially in the writing and directing -- both thanks to robert c cooper. in fact, it might actually be good enough to watch with non-gateheads. YEAH.

in other news, medications are still in flux, thus so is my psyche. ♥

i *love* that show! but sg-1 really is pretty dorky/corny sometimes, at least compared to (oh) bsg. and the unas are a great example of some dorky/corny tv-land stargate perfection! like in the episode where we find the planet the goa'uld first evolved on, and daniel jackson's getting dragged around by chaka... or when they're on the planet of the mobys and daniel jackson is doing the airplane like a little kid to try to describe the missing uav! ah, stargate! :)
i was really liking atlantis last season, too, but this season was really... boring. basically, if martin gero wrote the episode (which he did for about half of them), then it was awful. otherwise, it was "ok". but that's just what i think. :)
